Simone Grippo (born 12 December 1988) is a Swiss footballer who currently plays for Chievo.

He came through the youth system at FC Basel and was sent out on a season-long loan at FC Concordia Basel during the 2007/08 season. He originally had a half season-long loan spell at FC Concordia Basel from FC Basel, however this loan was extended in December into a full season loan.
In Summer 2008 he joined AC Bellinzona on loan, but on 5 August joined A.C. ChievoVerona of Italian Serie A on a permanent contract.
He made his first appearance ever for a top flight team on the 11 January 2009 which resulted in a 1–1 draw against FC Bologna.
